Coaching

Interested in becoming a domestic coach?

The BMBA is committed to working with all those interested in Coaching within one of the BMBA's many competitions, by establishing a high-quality Coaching education program to ensure we provide support, quality skill and game education resources for all those interested in becoming a game day Coach.

The BMBA sees this program as one of the key components, in continuing to grow the Association over the next 5 years and as such are seeking interested Parents and/or other parties to join our program to assist and educate our young players in how to play the game of basketball.

Coaching is a lot of fun, rewarding and a really self-motivating activity and in full support the BMBA has introduced the Coaches resources section that we will continue to update/expand as time goes by. So this library combined with our Associations local training and support commitment, there has never been a better time to show your interest in becoming a Junior Coach within the BMBA.

Please note: All those who undertake any Junior Coaching activities and will be in the company of minors when coaching, are required to supply a valid Working With Children’s Check.

So if you are interested in the challenge/opportunity of becoming a Junior Coach, then please email us at admin@bmbasketball.org.au, so we can organise a time to have a detailed chat.
