Bacchus Marsh Lightning

Lightning Basketball Club is a friendly and inclusive club based in Bacchus Marsh. The club was formed in 2012 when the domestic competition started.

We cater for junior players aged 6 - 21 years and entered 38 teams in the Bacchus Marsh Basketball Association domestic competition in winter 2026. Age groups begin with Under 8s and progress through to Under 21s.

Our goal is to help our players develop ball skills, confidence, decision-making and teamwork through the game of basketball. As players gain experience, there are opportunities to be placed in teams in Division 1 if they are looking to play squad basketball or develop higher level skills. We know some players are participating just for friendship and fun, and we can cater for these players too.

Send us an email if you are interested in joining our club!
