By-Law Amendments

To provide further clarification and/or detail the BMBA has made amendments to By-Laws 7.6, 11.5, 12.2, 12.4, 13.2, 21.2, 21.7, and 27.

These amendments are effective immediately as they are providing clarification to existing By-Laws. All amendments can be found here.

As per By-law 1.9 any objections to these amendments must be received by the BMBA Secretary within 14 days of posting. Please email secretary@bmbasketball.org.au.
