BMBA Competition Supervisors Needed!

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and energetic Game Day Venue Supervisors to support our domestic basketball competitions for a variety of Comps, namely Saturday (3 venues), Tuesday evening (2 venues) , Thursday evening and Friday evening (VJBL).

This role will be responsible for the logistical and troubleshooting aspects of facilitating our basketball competitions that take place across multiple venues across the BMBA.

This role will monitor our basketball courts and ensure our facilities are game ready each time and appropriately tidy after the last game. This will also include ensuring games start on time, run smoothly and results are provided/uploaded following completion. The role will be available to assist with queries from patrons and help problem solve any issues that might arise, whilst managing the general rules of the BMBA.

It is essential that you can think on your feet and work autonomously. A current Working with Children’s’ Check are required for employment and of course, some knowledge of basketball would be most helpful in the role.

This role is a casual position with an appropriate Hourly Rate of pay, with regular evenings and weekend work.
